Art. 13 General Regulation on Data Protection - EU Reg. n. 2016/679

Pursuant to the General Regulation on Data Protection (UE Reg. n. 2016/679, from now on GDPR) the "data controller" Venezia Porta Est s.r.l., V.lo Perosi, 1 - 30020 Marcon (VE) P.I. 03395200276 provides the following information:

The processing of your personal data collected or that will be processed in the future by virtue of contractual and/or precontractual relationships will respond to the adjustment of the national regulatory framework to the GDPR, the Guidelines issued by the WP 29 and the Measures that the Supervisory Authority has emanated and will emanate.

_ Purpose of the processing:
a) Entry of data connected to the estimate/reservation of the service, collected by the interested party from third parties authorized by the interested party.
b) Insertion and processing of data for the purposes of drafting mandatory accounting records, drafting fiscal and administrative documents;

_ Recipients of personal data:
The data may be communicated to the subjects involved in the provision of the contractual service in particular: suppliers of operational/managerial programs for which it is necessary to supply data of the customer/supplier, carriers, categories of professionals for consultancy administrative/fiscal type, credit institutes, financial administration and other bodies, when foreseen, in the forms and ways envisaged by the law.

_ The data will be processed in the EU.

_ The duration of the processing envisages the specific regulations regarding the management of operational relationships, in particular the data can not be stored for more than 30 days (Provision: Rules for protecting confidentiality in radiotaxi services - 26 July 2005); 

_ The interested party has the right to request access to their personal data; in particular, the person concerned can always request whether or not there are treatments that concern him (also requiring a copy) and, in harmony with the legislative provisions in force in the specific subjects, to request rectification, cancellation, opposition to such treatments; in the case of the exercise of the rights of rectification and / or cancellation and / or limitation, the holder has to communicate it to any recipients (unless impossible or manifestly disproportionate). The interested party is always entitled to make a complaint to the supervisory authority;

_ It is also specified that the communication of the data derives from obligations to which the data controller is subject and from procedures for the management of the contractual relationship, and that their lacking would not allow it to be established and / or continued.

_It is also specified that the processing is lawful when it is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the party concerned is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the same.
