  The service was excellent. The driver was there when we arrived in Italy and collected us at exactly the right time when we were leaving. The car was very comfortable and cool in the Italian heat. I would recommend.

  Excellent service delivery. Everything happened as you said it would. Our driver was courteous and helpful. He met us outside the arrivals area and took us directly to his vehicle. The drive was smooth and we were at our ship in less than 30 minutes. All very efficient and professional.

  Very good service. We got off the ship slightly early but driver was waiting for us outside the terminal. Reasonable price as well.

  This is truly the most convenient way to get from the train station to the port. A driver waits for you inside the station, helps you to his car, and then takes you directly to your ship. No hauling luggage on the people mover and down the road!

  Fairly easy to book online, but difficult to order the right size of seat for my 3 year old (neither baby, nor booster). Driver on the way back to the airport was very nice and friendly. Was quite difficult to find the driver at the airport as he wasn't stood near where we came out. Vehicles were clean.

  The only thing which let you down was that the driver was not visibly there to meet up and we had to go looking for him. My son gets very anxious and stressed in these situations as he thinks the worse and that we would be stranded, so he got upset but once we found the driver he was ok. Otherwise a great service and happy to recommend.

  I have just returned to Australia only last Sunday and finally have some time to contact you to express my thanks for your help and wonderful service you provided to my group of 12 ladies in Venice on the 7th and 8th of July, 2018. Your communication was timely for me, your drivers were there on time (with smiles), having their names on my mobile phone made it easy for me to locate them particularly at Mestre Station which of course requires us to take the elevator to the meeting point. A highlight for me was how you managed to arrange your drivers to be waiting at the exact time our transfer boat from San Marco arrived at Piazzale Roma on the 7th of July at around 7.30pm. How pleased I was to see them to help some of our elderly ladies disembark from the boat. They made it so easy for me. Thank you once again for making our stay in Venice such a wonderful experience. I would recommend your service to any of my colleague, and hope to be in touch again when next I bring a group to Venice.

  The driver for the trip to Padua was late and it cost me in phone calls to your office to track him down. He claims he was at the arrivals gate but between my husband and I, we walked through that area 4 time, reading every name sign and did not see him until after we contacted your office. On the return, 2 men picked us up. They were on time, but talked between themselves the whole trip as though we weren’t in the back seat. Having just arrived in Italy, we would have appreciated more interaction with the drivers, perhaps pointing out points of interest or simply being congenial. I have had more interaction with taxi drivers and expected more friendliness from a chauffeured driver. It was disappointing.

  We had the same driver for our journey to and from airport/cruise terminal and he was superb! Friendly, helpful and professional, he was brilliant. He was waiting for us on both occasions, even though we were half an hour early disembarking, he was wonderful. The back office communication when we booked was excellent as well. We were so impressed with the overall service, we recommended them to several other people and we will definitely book again with them. They were excellent throughout.   Excellent transport service from the cruise terminal to the airport. The driver was early and very courteous. He got us a cart at the airport and brought us to the correct check in area.

  We used Venezia Porta Est taxi service after our recent cruise that ended in Venice. We had purchased early train tickets from Mestre and were able to get off the ship earlier than anticipated. We called Venezia Porta Est and they notified the driver - he was there in a flash and we were able to get to the Mestre Train Station with lots of time to spare. The driver was very courteous, professional, and met our every need. We will gladly use Venezia Porta Est again the next time we are in Venice. Thank you.
